FAQ

The questions we get asked most, answered plainly.

01 Which energy solution is right for my home or business?

It depends on your goals, your site and how you use power. We look at your utility bills, roof or site conditions, electrical capacity and plans such as an EV or a heat pump, then recommend the right mix of solar, battery storage, EV charging, electrical upgrades and monitoring. You get an honest answer on what makes sense now and what can wait.

Consultation, system design, permitting, installation, then final inspection and activation. We handle the design, the permit package and the utility interconnection paperwork, and we keep you updated at every stage so there are no surprises.

Yes. The services shown here are the ones customers ask us for most often, but our work covers a wider range of energy and electrical needs. Tell us what you have in mind and we will give you an honest answer on whether we are the right company for it.

The installation itself is usually the shortest part, and most residential systems are completed in a matter of days. The overall timeline is driven by permitting and utility interconnection, which vary by jurisdiction. We give you a realistic schedule up front rather than an optimistic one.

Yes. We prepare and submit the permit package for your jurisdiction and manage the utility interconnection application through to final approval. That coordination is part of our work, not something we hand back to you.

In most cases, yes. We assess your existing array, inverter and electrical panel to confirm compatibility, then design a storage system sized to the circuits you want to keep running during an outage.

Solar can qualify for federal and state incentives, and there is an active market for the renewable energy credits your system produces. Programs and their terms change regularly, so we walk you through exactly what applies to your address and your utility at the time of your proposal.

Quality panels are built for decades of service and typically carry long manufacturer performance warranties, with output declining only gradually over time. Inverters generally have a shorter service life than the panels. We only install equipment from manufacturers we are willing to stand behind.

We stay available. You get monitoring so you can see what your system is producing, and a direct line to us if anything ever looks wrong. Our goal is a lasting relationship, not a single transaction.

We serve homeowners and businesses throughout the DMV area. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, call us at (551) 276-8487 and we will tell you straight away.

Yes. We inspect, clean, troubleshoot and repair existing solar, battery and EV charging systems, and we offer scheduled maintenance plans for businesses. If your system was installed by another company, we will assess it first and tell you honestly what it needs.

Yes. We install Level 2 EV charging stations for homes and commercial sites as a standalone service, and we can design them so they are ready to pair with solar later.
